How Does The Results Program Work?
At your initial nutrition and fitness assessment, you and a certified RESULTS counselor will
determine your individual metabolic variables and your personal fitness goals. Your information is then analyzed by the
RESULTS Technician to determine your specific individual dietary parameters. You can then
determine the kinds of food you
would like to eat throughout the
day, maximizing your body's fat
burning capabilities.
How Can I Ensure My Progress While On The Results System?
Weekly progress evaluations with
your RESULTS Technician are included as part of the results program. Progress evaluations consist
of one on one counseling and body
composition testing and any modifications in your dietary and exercise program that may be needed
to ensure progress toward your
goals.
How Will I Know I Am Exercising Properly?
Your Program will include an
individualized exercise program
that will include your lifestyle and
fitness level. The program will be
designed by a Certified Personal
Trainer to meet your fitness goals.

Michelle attended the University of
North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received a Bachelor Degree in Exercise
and Sports Science with a concentration in Nutrition. She has also worked
at Duke University in the Nutritional
Research Department at the Center for
Living. She has been involved in the
fitness industry for 6 years, and has
now dedicated herself to helping others reach their personal fitness and nutrition goals.
